We saw 3 perez osos (literally: "lazy bears") sloths in Cahuita National Park and another sloth on the grounds of our hotel. It was amazing! We were so close to most of them, and most of them were feeding, so we got to see them moving (slowly, it goes without saying).

I thought this was cool--a little lagoon leading to the sea that was completely dyed by tannins leaching from downed wood.
